Bioinformatics Facility Core

At present, there is no Bioinformatics Facility at Texas A&M University. The facility did exist until 2005, as part of the Center for Environmental and Rural Health. It provides Bioinformatics support, including experimental design of microarray studies, development of plans to analyze microarray data, implementation of the latest commercial software for microarray analysis, and the development of tools to analyze data when commercial software are not available.
